We should be able to leave our dogs in our fenced yards. That's the purpose of the fence. She didn't do anything wrong. The scum that took the dog is wrong. He did actually petition the court. I person think it will be thrown out because it's all he said she said. She has no way to prove he took the dog, she has no way to prove how long he had the dog, He has no way to prove her returned (which he didn't) the dog and deserves the reward. I don't think any judge in his right mind would even attempt to make a decision out of this foolishness.

This is just another reason why people should not leave their pets outside even in a fenced yard. We have seen several reports of dogs being taken from their yards and of other dogs getting into fenced yards and attacking the pets they find in there. We live in such a messed up world our pets need us to be one step ahead of those who would harm them.  |
