Do you know if this is common in Yorkie males? I guess I should have checked his little boy parts before I bought him, although his personality is so incredible, I probably would have taken him home with me anyway. I certainly wouldn't register him with this defect, as it might be hereditary? I am going to notify the breeder, too. Thank you for responding.
