1st. So glad it was a person like you who found him...he is so cute some people would have kept him!
2nd. So glad your friend is getting a place to call her own back...so much lost ..so sad
3rd. Chewy chewing on an electrical cord is why I believe in crating or playpen (ing) a young pup.. They can hurt themselves. My bailey chewed on a laptop cord.. Thank heavens it want plugged in
