Oh, I bet your mom's Tiramisu was fantastic! Anytime a recipe is all homemade, it is much better.
I would never substitute Lady Fingers with Twinkies, etc. I want the true taste of the Tiramisu or it would be a waste of my time. I can't wait to find the Lady Fingers. I'm calling our local Big Lots right now. Thanks! |
Mother just made Lady Fingers for dessert. She never made Tiramisu - probably had never heard of it. We just had Lady Fingers & hot tea. They were very, very good.
