Callie is not found of the rain at all either. She wont go in the house but some times she holds it so long I force her to go out to pee because I worry she will bust lol. She absolutely will not poo though if its raining she will hold it even if its rainy for two days. When she is on her leash or its raining really really bad I do have a rain coat I put on her maybe you could get her one of those.
