I would pull all chews until he is better. ?the bacteria could easily set him off. It can take three weeks of a new food to see if it really will agree with a pup when dealing with intestinal issues.
As for it being a tumor, it is always possible with intestinal issues that it is lymphoma...BUT NOT PROBABLE. Actualy, cancer of any type in a young yorkie is very uncommon. From my experience, they are very prone to intestinal problems. Hopefully just IBD... Protein losing enteropathy would be something the vet may want to r/o.
Ellie has the diarrhea, vomiting, spit up issues along with pancreatitis, severe food allergies, and a liver issue. She is doing fine. It will get better.
