I started a Hallmark ornament collection for dd. I've purchased one a year for her and when she moves away, she'll have ornaments. I wanted Hallmark ornaments when we started out, but couldn't afford them....so I made our ornaments. Now everything on my tree, and it's loaded, is hand made.
I love, love, love ebay but have only added a few pieces from my purchases there. Most of mine were gotten the "old" way...ya went to estate sales, yard sales, antique shops and hunted those puppies down. What I like to do on eBay....is search for seller's who don't realize WHAT they have or have placed it a catagory that collector's of "whatever" don't normally search. Love those finds
