yes.. I don't know anything about vodka but isn't absolut is a decent quality- many people drink it. I am sure if I had a rare wine I would not use it to cook with, but I do use a decent quality. Make sense?
What I was saying is don't use the nasty cooking wine from the grocery store.. or even wine that has gone bad. If you can't drink it don't put it in your food
