I disaagree with the poster(MSyorktown) who said to use cheap alcohol to cook with. You need to cook with the quality that you prefer to drink. Cooking out the alcohol concentrates the flavors so you taste MORE cheap vodka or wine or rum, etc if that is what you chose to cook with |
I cook with Absolut...there is no way I will cook with Grey Goose...thats my preferred vodka..it is just waay too expensive, sorry. Wine i cook with what i drink...that's just me..Sorry
