I read that it is 1 tsp per 10 pounds of dog. I just recently got some as well (smells FANTASTIC!) and I give maybe 1/8-1/4 a teaspoon a day (she is 9 pounds and could probably have up to 1 tsp).

I don't really want to risk upsetting her digestive tract by giving her too much right now. I haven't noticed any differences but of course she has only been eating it for a week. I like to massage the coconut oil into her little paws also! So far I have not noticed any negative side effects!
