You know, I recall that Toki's teeth were similar when she was losing them. I think the black end was blood that had collected inside the base of the loose tooth. So I'd say it is normal if Joel is teething and the tooth was coming out. If you're really concerned, get it checked out by a vet though... Better to have peace of mind then worry but it sounds normal to me |
