I haven't read through all this, only to this part. I might add if no one else has, you have to take one command at a time and work with only that one if it takes a month until you know she is will trained on that one and then go on to another. With the 'come' command you can add rope to her leash so she can be a good distance away but that won't work if she hasn't learned 'stay'
Come is a great command to know but stay along with the hand command that goes along with it, can save her life. If she is across the street 'come' is not what you would use but STAY is it.
I don't want you to do something the opposite of what your trainer is telling you, just something to think about.
