We ended up going to a raw food dog store to ask the question as well. Surprisingly, they also have a yorkie that is Sophie's size and eats raw and they feed him chicken necks. We decided to try them as well as chicken feet (they look so gross).
We gave her a neck last night and turns out she isn't a gulper. We held it for her at first and then watched her the rest of the time and we heard the crunching and the chewing. |
