You know, I didn't even think about the baby proofing aspect and all the other stuff she could get into. You guys have made such good points here, thanks.
I know she's safe in the kitchen. I also found that with enough different chews, she really hasn't had any interest in my kitchen table/cabinets (yet????)
So in the kitchen she'll stay for now. Thanks everybody!!!
