Utterly disgusting. Don't try to help these people yourself, they are too far gone and it is out of your league. Call the SPCA explain what is going on and they WILL go out and appeal to them. If SPCA says they won't (I'm sure they won't say no)give me their name and number because I will make sure they (SPCA) do.

Next thing, stay all the way away from these types of people, they are obviously without conscience, do you really want to be involved with people like this?

I'm sorry for your psyche and heart that you had to go through all this, it is very disturbing.
