Consistence if you have taught her to sit and to use her pads. She can learn. Every time she bites you give her a toy that she can bite. And play with her with the toy. When she bites you say ouch and give her the toy back. She has learned biting gets her attention good or bad. ( she is smarter then you think). And as for chewing things she shouldn't at this point you need to keep things away from her that gets her in trouble for chewing on. If it is in her reach it fair goods. She will get you trained sooner or later. Training any dog takes lots of time and positive rewards.
