Im an xray tech.. it definatly looks like 4. Though i'm surprised they would actually xray a pregnant pup, I know they arent humans but there is NO way i would xray the abdomen on a pregnant woman unless it was extremely crucial, which in most case its not, they can always do ultrasound instead.
