Sure, drumettes. Those would be fine too. Also, I imagine a Cornish Hen quarter would work as well. The act of them pulling on the skin flosses the teeth and makes them use their front teeth. For optimal teeth cleaning, you want a piece large enough which requires they use all parts of their mouth to chew.
