I think it depends on the angle of the xrays... two different techniques could very well show different results. Did they see any fluid in her lungs?
If she has spneumonia that could account for a high fever. CT dogs have trouble sometimes with the coughing keeping their lungs clear. Did they put her on any antibiotics?
