 Give him his time
3 days is not a very long time in a new home. Your puppy needs time to adjust - new home, new food, new smells, new humans, etc. It can be quite an experience! Also, puppies at that age are very tired. They exhaust easily and need rest. He may not have had walks before (which I presume he has now?) Just a little extra exercise can wipe him out.
As long as you're monitoring his food/water and making sure that he's still playful at times, he'll be OK. He just needs time to get used to everything new and time to rest.
