Congratulations on ur move,! Very exciting. I do weight watcher's so i try to make the healthiest choice so i can eat more. Fruits and veggies are a given. We do alot of chicken breast. Stir frys, soups tacos, BBQ, I like extra lean ground beef for tacos, spaghetti, baked ziti, meatloafs, hamburgers, . My new favorite thing is the Kraft fresh takes. U can mix it with the extra lean hamburger meat and the burgers are yummy. They make one for chicken too, u bake it and its like a chicken tender. I use potatoes , sweet or white, and cut them thin spray with a cooking spray use a grill seasoning and bake. Very low calorie french fry!
