Bf and I are moving into a new apartment, no more roommates and no more sharing the fridge/freezer/pantry!!! YAY! We would also like to eat more healthy, and I'm compiling a big list to take with me to the grocery store to stock up our completely empty fridge @the new place.
We're looking to cut down on "frozen dinner" type things, eat less preservatives, stop going out to eat so much, and completely cut out the junk food (well, mostly) and eat more healthy.
What should I add to my list so that we can have food that will last us a while, and be healthy for us? I'd like to get more into cooking real meals, not just making a hamburger helper boxed dinner...
