I just purchased several frozen 3 oz. Ribeyes
for $1.00 each from the Dollar Tree. They are very thin and look like they'd be perfect for a steak sandwitch or a steak-n-eggs breakfast - which is what we are having for dinner tonight.
If we don't like them as "steak" I'm sure that Lollie and Peppy will enjoy them or as a last resort, I'll cut out the small amount of fat and make jerky.
