that is absolutely awful. My heart really goes out to her- she must be devastated. How thoughtless of the office to handle it in that manner.  I really hope she goes after this guy. It may not bring her baby back, but it will ensure the safety of other dogs to get this guy to stop practicing!!  Ugh, this disgusts me. i will be thinking of her all day<3
