I know this is basic and you've prob already been doing this for years...but do you give Omegas? I know Omegas are recommended for people and dogs w/ dry eyes.
I keep wondering about those Restasis commercials, as in - do they have drops for dogs w/ the same ingredients?
I have to use OTC drops for my own dry eyes...there is one called Soothe XP that is supposed to last for 8 hours.
What a tough call about surgery. If she seems comfy...I dunno what I'd do either.
