Oh, they were something - especially the first 3 or 4 years. Later, a lot of people lost interest as it stayed on too long but it was fun to watch for a long while. I remember waking from surgery the night the J.R. shooter was revealed to ask my sister at my hospital bedside who shot him! I could barely talk from anesthesia & was asking about a TV show. That was the impact that show had back then. I wish this one could approach that one's fame.
