I do both. I have harness that go with different outifts
. I put the harness over her outfits when we go out... I also LOVE the Choke-free harness (yes.. I do sell them.. but that is because I love them..thanks to Lisa
)
Also... most of Remy's dress have a d ring and I use that. And some times I put the dress over the harness. It is fine all three ways.
