Recently Peachbongi introduced me to Jasmine rice and WOW is it yummy. Nothing like the rice my mom used to cook. Now I find myself checking the store shelves for new kinds of rice. My latest find was black rice also known as purple rice. It is YUMMY in all caps!

We tried the black rice recently and didn't like it, but I may have cooked it wrong....
We love saffron rice, and I love white rice with lemon juice. Very tasty.
