when we first got Samson we took him to the doggie park but stopped because our vet said in our area many dogs here pick up a lot of diseases from the parks (parvo and another one I can't think of right now). He said it was up to us but was really against it. We have 3 dogs now and we just take them to a park in our subdivision and let them off leash to play. I would love for them to play with other dogs but not enough for them to risk getting sick.
