He also has some flaky patches on his tummy and chest area. At least like 3 little patches. But he had those before getting neutered. It also looks like he has dried out pimples/ bug bite on his belly. He had a few before getting neutered, but it got worse after getting neuterd. Any idea on what any of these are?

hi , my oscar had that little lump after nuetering as well . My vet said it is normal and will go away in time.
If however you see any redness or swelling he should see the vet
