Well you really should have taken her in within 48-72 hours after purchase. Likely you don't have any meaningful health guarantee so it probably is a moot point, if the vet does find something wrong, you might not have any financial recourse against the breeder.

I would make an appointment when she is 16wks old. I would ask for a Bile Acid Test to be done, as well as a full blood panel. Have a through physcial exam done by the vet. Especially make sure the knees are good. I wouldn't do Xrays at this point, unless there is a particular problem arises and or the vet, recommends a Xray of a particular joint. Stool sample, and an urinanalysis done.

This will give you some good baseline measurements.
