Everything you described is perfectly normal. Low blood sugar can cause a dog to run a lower temperature. If you took her temperature before she ate then that could explain the lower temperature. The discharge sounds perfectly normal. Some pregnant females get so large it is hard for them to keep their vulva clean and we have to help them as you did. Do you know how many pups she is expecting? I pray everything goes well.
