Nancy now the fact that insurance is required should cut back on some breeding and for those that do not buy the insurance knowing they could lose their home from their dog's bite should help but you are right the dog fighting and the gambling that goes along with it is big business, yet can't understand why more have not been shut down. The cruelty to the dog alone should warrant it. |
Dog fighting really is a secret world, and very too many crooked people are covering it up. Also, the penalties are that severe.
