MARS offers various reasons this test is not accurate.
1. Genetically any dog bred outside the US is not the same as a US bred dog.
2. Isolated gene pool
3. The test is for a mixed breed dog, the report is computer generated which "assumes" you're looking for a mixed breed.

Personally I don't know that these tests are really accurate with any dog.
