Well, Mr. Winky (figured that's a good name for it), was out this morning; so after breakfast I took Sammy to see my vet. It did seem to be a bit better because it is staying in for longer periods. Since it looks ok, my vet said to take a wait and see approach. She also suggested I contact the surgeon at A&M to ask if this is a common thing with this surgery. I called and left a message for the surgeon to call me at his convenience.
Otherwise, things are going very well. Sammy was actually playing with a toy this morning!
He loves his squeaky toys.
