This seems to be an on-going debate....so the Biewer's that are registers with the IBC are yorkies?? I'm so confused over this issue...I could care less, they are ALL gorgeous! my next pup will be a Biewer so I am really interested in this. The breeder I found here in Canada registers her pups with the IBC...is this a good thing or no?
