My first Yorkie, Jolie, thirty years ago learned to smile from just imitating my husband. John always makes a big deal when he says hello to Katie, and he was the same way with Jolie. He would smile a very big smile every time he saw her, and he also talks (ed) to Katie and our other past babies and makes (ed) such a deal about them. I think Jolie saw him smiling at her, and she started to imitate him. It was the cutest thing, and I wish we had it on video. She would open and close her mouth flashing her smile. I don't know how you control yourself when Cooper is smiling. I would probably give him anything he wants, unless it is harmful. You did a great job. I have always loved Cooper; he is such a special little boy, and now he has me more mesmerized than ever before.
