I don't know if they do this routinely but I do My Miss Mini was a PuppyMill dog and as soon as I got her to a Vet and they saw that she had so many issues they did this....it can't hurt to have a baseline...unfortunately we found that she had many other issues because of it but hey...atleast we knew what we were dealing with....so we remortgaged the house! jk!!
