Thats why we are taking steps to ensure she can get out if need be thats why my husband is now working on creating steps that will allow her to walk out on all sides of the pond. Also the pond is quite small only 4X3 and not terribly deep. We both were saying that we will have to watch her outside now and I cant imagine how horrible it would be to lose a little one like that. Thankfully Chloe only likes to be outside when with one of us and our backyard is nice and small.
I appreciate the words of caution, always better to know the worst that could happen so as to ensure it never happens. I Love Chloe so much that just the thought of losing her is unbearable. |
