I see from your previous posts that your sweet little guy has not ever been able to adjust. I can tell you love him and I know how hard this must be for you...sometimes things do happen. Have you considered a rescue? Surely this pup would be re-homed instantly and through a rescue you would be sure that they will screen prospective homes for him.
