My question we got him from a breeder who we think was on the up and up. He has his shots and looks great.
My Question t be safe and sound should we take him to the vet now or wait till his schedule apt next week?

You need to double check with your breeder....if he is LESS than 10 weeks old, he can not have possibly had "all his shots"....if all his shots have been given, they are ineffective because they were started too early and have been given too close together. I would not advise you take him anywhere but straight to the vet....you do not want this puppy to get sick and the breeder not honor the contract because she tries to say YOU caused any issue. Be sure you take the puppys shot record the breeder supplied you with so your vet can see what shots the baby has had, and what age he was when he got them....
