I have had this happen quite a few times and most of the time they improve. They can tweak their knees easily when they have LP. Of course, you already know, if she is not better, get her to a vet for an evaluation. Often they put them on anti-inflammatories. Torn CCL is always a concern, but since she seems better this morning, it probably is not that.
I am going to go ahead and call them in the morning. Even though she is MUCH better today!!! I can't believe the difference! But since my vet knows about the LP I think I will run it by him just to be on the safe side. He may say it is fine since she is better but with the LP I think I need to make sure. He may want to put her on something or even check her out. Sometimes he does to be safe. I was ready to take her to the ER last night but thankfully I waited it out. DH would kill me with two ER visits in one month. He already thinks I panic too much!! Lol
