oven cooked bacon I always cook my bacon in the oven at 450. No foil, or pam, just when it looks cooked the way you like, flip it over with tongs and continue to cook. When it looks like its cooked to your liking, take it out and drain off the grease. I lay it on paper towels, I guess you can use anything you have to drain it. I started cooking bacon like this for many years and never do it any other way.
