I cook my bacon in the oven. To be honest, I tried it that way once, then never went back to frying it. I can do a whole lb. of bacon in a large jelly roll pan and don't have to stand and watch it all the time while it's cooking. And, it's always perfect. I do use 400 degrees, and cook it about 20 minutes, or to desired temperature. I do not angle my rack for the fat to drain, I just drain the bacon at the end of the cooking time. It's so easy this way. I do spray my pan with pam spray before cooking.
