Well, our son lives right across the street but they aren't home. The video said to preheat to 400...line a jelly roll pan or cookie tray with sides with aluminum foil, set a wire rack (with feet so the fat drains away from the bacon) on the foil, place the bacon on the wire rack and bake for 20 minutes. I guess I'll try it that way...it might not be as messy as using paper towels.
Thanks...as soon as I get my chair cushions inside and the patio umbrella on the ground we'll be all set
