How sad! A friend of mines niece was recently attacked by a pittie and now he is anti-pitbull. I had a pittie years ago, Bonnie, she was a sweet dog and I was blessed to have her. I hate the bad rap they get when something like this happens. As a teenager I was attacked by two dogs at once, was bit by a dog, cat and even ferret as a child and I still love all those species.
