Canned pumpkin is excellent for both constipation as well as diarrhea. Freezing is an excellent idea....I put what I dont use, plus another can, in those cheap plastic ice cube trays, freeze it, then I take the cubes out, put 3-4 of them in my little individual Food Saver plastic bags, suck the air out and throw them back into the freezer...they will last for at least a year like this! You just take out one pak of 3-4 cubes at a time....really saves on waste! I do the same thing with my new born puppy formula....
