to the OP, You did the right thing by these 2 yorkie's. Hopefully they will get the vet care that they so separtely need by their new human parents. They need a lot of TLC to get back to health and be seen by the vet for propper diagnoses and advice about getting their weight back up, hair loss can be a completely different issue, or have to do with their poor nutrition.
