Let me explain this a different way, on the page you list, I have "everyone" can see my albums. However, the only albums "everyone" can see are the albums I've listed as "public". You can't see my private or profile albums. You can test it by going to my profile page and looking at my albums, you should only see two listed, Joey's first year and Joey II.
