Ooooh that's so terrible!!! I can't believe he would tell your brother three hours?! Because your situation sounds like a true emergency! I'm glad he eventually came and treated the dog, but I too would have been so disappointed. In an emergency we just want our babies taken care of, and since it was your brother's vet and not someone he didn't know, it seems like he would have known that he would do whatever it would take
